Unlike what Obama said earlier this year, the science is not "in" and there is no conclusion to the global warming "science". Those of you who believe in the greatest hoax of the century are either making money off ignorant people or you're part of the ignorant people. You may want to research the "naysayers" who have debunked this hoax. It won't serve your purposes, which is why you refuse of allow the argument, but you will soon have to listen whether you want to or not. The majority of the Americans have now figured out what some of us have known all along. The same "brillant" dude who said we were going into a mini ice-age in the 70's is the same goober who drove the global warming hoax until it had to be changed to the climate change hoax which is now the man made climate change hoax. Since is not just changing the name of your hoax to suit your purpose in order to make money. Where I come from, they call that extortion and the people who fall for it victims. Doesn't look like you have enough victims at the present time, so I'm expecting a reorganization and another name change. Not Evil Just Wrong has the best information out debunking this hoax. Maybe the alarmists should watch it to see what they are up against -- FACTS.

Ah, but the correct answer is this: It is not indexed as a Senate Committee Report because it is not a Senate Committee Report. It is a memorandum from one minority staffer to one senator.

Why can't the one senator get even the members of his own party to approve the paper? Among other things, there is no Committee Report to which this is a Minority Report.

It's whole cloth wankery, in other words.

@Ed Darrell Mr. Darrell has a good question. We archived that document for historical reference in case the original was taken down. However, it is an outdated document. The new minority report has been updated to include 50 more scientists that bring the count to 700. You can read about the new report on the Senate's web site <a href="http://epw.senate.gov/public/index.cfm?FuseAction=Minority.Blogs&ContentRecord_id=2674e64f-802a-23ad-490b-bd9faf4dcdb7" target="_blank rel="nofollow">here. The new report with 700 scientists can be downloaded here.</a.
