According to CNN poll, 2/3 of Americans do not want to see KSM on trial in a civilian court. (http://bit.ly/1AQwFr) Also, I feel like America has moved on from Bush and are expecting more from our great Unifier Chosen One than to go after Bush era officials. Obama is wasting time and political capital. I disagree with Karl that it's "an attempt to gain further support from their radical left political base." He will always have support from the "radical left political base" but is constantly losing support from the independents, as we learned from Virigina and New Jersey recently. This will be a zoo.
