Tell that to the Brits, who can’t get housing in Little Venice, Swiss Cottage or anywhere within Westminster. Believe me, the asylum seekers flooding the UK don’t come in totally unprepared; there is a vast underground network catering to ethnic enclaves. I personally saw my neighborhood in St. John’s Wood taken over by Asians and Africans and you can not tell me that native Brits are turning down housing in that neighborhood especially since London nurses, firemen and the police are priced out of the city altogether! Shopping on Church Street went from a normal, neighborhood experience to fighting one’s way through a crowded souk.

As my British husband just said about Monsieru Rioux’s snide and misleading comments, “Who is this effing clown writing such stupid bollucks?”

There’s always a joker out there somewhere making excuses for discrimination against native Brits.

While there are a few accurate comments here it is completely wrong to say priority in housing (and other things) goes to asylum seekers instead of Brits.

What happens is that people already on the waiting lists for housing are allowed to turn down areas they don’t want to live in.

Asylum seekers, not knowing these areas, accept what others refuse. That means the vacant housing in areas most people don’t want to live goes to asylum seekers.

So their quick housing only happens because Brits have rejected it.

This I believe is a bi-product of Obama’s numbers slipping. His popularity among true Americans is on a steady decline now that so many of his promises have been broken. I see this as a way of letting in many other nationalities who because he let them in they will vote for him because they want to stay. We already know of many times people have taken on new identities and their true identities are not known, so what is to say they let 10 or 100 people in with fake identities claiming asylum. Then they turn around and bomb the USA because our Government was to stupid to see it coming and opened the doors. I believe Obama would let anybody in as long as they will vote for him and he can continue with his agenda of destroying America and all we have worked for. Did anybody see this Open door policy coming? Where again is the transparency to all changes being made? Obama is putting our country at great risk and should not be allowed a pen that is not already empty of it’s ink!
