HR 413 Road to National Police Force

April 9th, 2010 1 comment

National Socialists Germany 1933As any dictator worth his salt knows to stay in power you need a good police force. Hitler had his SS, the Soviets the KGB, Castro his army, Chavez his thugs, etc. Obama has stated publicly that he needs a national police force:

We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives we’ve set. We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.

House Bill 413 is a step in that direction as it will place all public safety employees under the direction of the Federal Labor Relations Authority.

Under this bill this expanded federal organization will control all police officers, firefighters, EMT’s, and anyone who could be described as a “public safety officer”, including all supervisory personnel and management. All municipal, regional, and state employees will be effected. States and municipalities will have no option, they will be forced into Federal control. Read more…

USA Becoming a Third World Country in Space

Space Shuttle Discovery Launch April 5, 2010

Today's Discovery launch, photo courtesy NASA

CAPE CANAVERAL, FL: Early this morning NASA launched the space shuttle Discovery, one of the last launches of our shuttle fleet. Only 3 shuttle missions remain this year before the retirement of the most successful takeoff and reentry vehicle in space history.

Considering that our entire communications infrastructure depends on satellites, our administration is taking an enormous risk. Discontinuing the shuttle program before a replacement vehicle has been put into service has severe repercussions:

  • USA held hostage to Russians to enter space
  • International Space Station is turned over to Russians
  • No emergency repairs to communications satellites
  • No more repairs to Hubble Telescope
  • No entry into space to counter potential Chinese offensives
  • No defensive military use of space shuttles
  • Our entire communications grid is at risk
  • NASA will experience a “brain drain” as engineers leave the program

The “International” Space Station was built almost entirely with US funds. Now it is hands of the Russians. Private space exploration is far from being able to take over for NASA. Virgin’s new commercial space flight has nowhere near the power necessary to project a spacecraft into orbit. Only massive boosters like the space shuttle’s can do that. Read more…

Easter and Its Relevance in 2010

April 4th, 2010 No comments

Babe HuggettJesus Christ Lord and MasterBABE HUGGETT: As we celebrate Easter 2010, does anyone ever stop to wonder why the combined forces of secular atheism, socialism and Islam roar and screech in their assault against Christianity? If you are a Christian conservative, you’ll be thinking at this point, “It’s because the risen Christ brought us the message of Salvation and our nation is still nominally Christian. Our freedoms are individual based and God given with therefore unalienable rights.”

If you’re a liberal/socialist, you’ll be sneering, “Easter? That’s just a pagan holiday commandeered by Rome! Look at the goddess Ēostre’s symbols of rabbits and eggs! Hey! Who ate the ears off my chocolate bunny?”

If you’re an atheist, you’re grumbling about there, “…being no God, hence no meaning to Jesus – if he ever existed in the first place – and why the heck isn’t this a four day weekend like Winter Festival?”

If you’re a Muslim, well, you’re smirking along the lines of, “I can’t wait for Mohammed’s slave, Isa, to come back and destroy the Christians!”

In the spirit of religious diversity, I suppose it’s expected of me to go on to the other great religions and what their followers think of Easter but time, space and their lack of tyrannical political drive precludes me from saying anything other than while they think their religions are the true ones, everybody eats marshmallow peeps this time of year so why not have some fun? Alan Grayson Accuses Doctor of Racism

April 3rd, 2010 3 comments

Alan Grayson Accuses Republicans of Social IndifferenceMr. Voice of Reason, Democratic Congressman Alan Grayson accused Dr. Jack Cassell of racisim when he put up an anti-Obamacare poster on his door (full story here). Grayson went on to file charges with the Florida medical licensing board.

“Well, in fact, where he lives, in Mount Dora, which is in my district, many, many of the Democrats who live in Mount Dora happen to be African-Americans,” Grayson said on CNN. “So, by saying that he will not treat somebody who supported Obama, he’s saying that he’s not going to treat a large number of African-Americans in the community.”

“How many people walked in — walked up to his front door, saw the sign, and turned away?” he asked. “How many people referred from other physicians in the community, including primary care physicians, how many patients saw that sign and walked away?”

Asked what kind of punishment Cassell should receive, Grayson said “Well, whatever the medical authorities think he should get. But it is a clear violation of ethics, and it’s a particularly ugly one. Why is it that the right wing is so preoccupied with denying people health? Why is that?” TheHill.com

Grayson is as dumb as he is bigoted. How could Dr. Cassell be charged with racism since he set up his practice in Mount Dora, who according to Grayson himself is an African-American community. If the doctor didn’t want to treat blacks why would he pick such a neighborhood for his practice?

Congressman Phil Hare Doesn’t Care About Constitutionality

April 2nd, 2010 No comments

Democratic Congressman Phil Hare (IL) explains his lack of interest in the Constitution in the clip below. The video has plenty of time before and after his comment so you can see it in context. While well-meaning, his point of view is one that is unconstitutional and if followed will lead to the destruction of freedom and the American way of life. It will also lead to the deterioration of healthcare as socialist countries have proved over and over again.

We need more citizen journalists like Adam Sharp, a member of the St. Louis Tea Party, who caught this on tape.

Do Democrats value life? It depends…

Do Democrats value life? It depends on whether it happens to be their life. Cave-in Stupak said this when he was interested in protecting life:

“If you pass the Stupak amendment, more children will be born, and therefore it will cost us millions more. That’s one of the arguments I’ve been hearing,” Stupak says. “Money is their hang-up. Is this how we now value life in America? If money is the issue — come on, we can find room in the budget. This is life we’re talking about.” AIP News

Do you remember when Sarah Palin was demonized for suggesting that the healthcare package would result in death panels? Well to hear Paul Krugman tell it, she was not only right, but it will be an excellent way to save money.

You had better find you a good doctor now, like Dr. Jack Cassell, a Florida urologist who decorated his door with the picture above. When contacted he clarified that he would of course see anyone needing help as long as he could remain in practice, which could prove doubtful under Obamacare.
