Federal Judge Orders Hispanics Vote 6 Times Each

Judge Stephen C. Robinson

Judge Stephen C. Robinson

PORT CHESTER, NY: Port Chester has 30,000 residents and nearly half are Hispanics. The village is run by six elected trustees, none of whom have been Hispanic. The Federal court says that the dim-witted people in this village should have elected an Hispanic to the village trustees by now and since they haven’t, federal judge Stephen Robinson has torn up the traditional one man, one vote system that our country has used since its founding and directed that each citizen vote up to six times beginning as early as five days before the election day.

Arthur Furano voted early — five days before Election Day. And he voted often, flipping the lever six times for his favorite candidate. Furano cast multiple votes on the instructions of a federal judge and the U.S. Department of Justice as part of a new election system crafted to help boost Hispanic representation…

Although the village of about 30,000 residents is nearly half Hispanic, no Latino had ever been elected to any of the six trustee seats, which until now were chosen in a conventional at-large election. Most voters were white, and white candidates always won.

Federal Judge Stephen Robinson said that violated the Voting Rights Act, and he approved a remedy suggested by village officials: a system called cumulative voting, in which residents get six votes each to apportion as they wish among the candidates. He rejected a government proposal to break the village into six districts, including one that took in heavily Hispanic areas. Jim Fitzgerald, AP

Some voters have given all their votes to one candidate in the hopes to help stack the deck, presumably much to the satisfaction of Judge Robinson. The election is now going on and final results aren’t in yet. This election scheme could be the one that finally puts Alfred E. Neuman into office.

What if the newly rigged system fails to elect a Hispanic? We here at the NIP certainly hope that Judge Robinson will throw out the election and just go up to Port Chester and pick the trustees he wants. That’s how they do it in Iran, Venezuela and other more modern countries.

Congress Ignores National Debt Crisis, Increases by 8%

June 17th, 2010 No comments
Alfred E. Neuman, "What, Me Worry?"

What, Me Worry?

WASHINGTON: The Treasury Department stated that the US Debt reached $13 trillion for the first time in history on June 1st. Just six months ago the debt topped $12 trillion for the first time. The increase in just 6 months was 8%.

At this rate our debt will reach $14 trillion by the end of the year, increasing the national debt by 16% in one year. The US GDP was only $14 trillion in 2009, our debt soon will exceed the entire economy of this once great nation and the rate of increase is accelerating.

You or I could never dig ourselves out of this kind of debt, only the government can, and they will do it by inflating the currency. Back in November the NIP has warned about the dire consequences that await us if we pursue this course. This should give concern to every American. Our elected representatives need to be sent packing. Faced with our massive deficit, this Congress apparently subscribes to the Alfred E. Neuman school of philosophy, “What, Me Worry?” At the NIP we too are beginning to see Mr. Neuman as a viable candidate. His campaign slogan of 1956 still rings true today, “You could do worse… and you always have!”

New Yorkers Fed Up With Radical Islam

Obama Asks for $50 Billion to Bail Out States for “Emergency”

June 14th, 2010 1 comment

Obama Redistributes Wealth of AmericaWASHINGTON: Saturday found Obama once more pleading for additional “Emergency” money. When we at the NIP saw the headlines we thought good for him, he is pleading for money to help the embattled gulf coast. We almost didn’t pursue the story further. But no, this is not oil spill related, this is bailout money to prop up insolvent state and local governments:

President Obama urged reluctant lawmakers Saturday to quickly approve nearly $50 billion in emergency aid to state and local governments, saying the money is needed to avoid “massive layoffs of teachers, police and firefighters” and to support the still-fragile economic recovery.

In a letter to congressional leaders, Obama defended last year’s huge economic stimulus package, saying it helped break the economy’s free fall, but argued that more spending is urgent and unavoidable. “We must take these emergency measures,” he wrote in an appeal aimed primarily at members of his own party. Lori Montgomery, Washington Post

So let’s get this straight: influence-peddling local politicians drive their local and state governments bankrupt by pushing social programs and wacky environmental projects. Faced with deficits they seek to pay for their social programs by cutting education and essential services. Then faced with this “crisis” they created by mismanagement they seek money from the Obama administration.

So financially conservative states now need to fund irresponsible states. Iowans and Texans need to send their money to help politicians prop up their administrations in California, Chicago and Detroit. This fits in well with the Progressive aim to enact social and economic justice. It’s way past time for taxpayers to quit putting up with this nonsense.

FTC Wants to Tax Drudge, Subsidize NY Times

June 8th, 2010 1 comment

Mark Lloyd, Minister of PropagandaWASHINGTON: This administration, fearful of the power that an open and free media has to disseminate truth, feels that it needs to bail out traditional newspapers and dinosaur networks to keep control of the flow of information. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) just released a major discussion draft that proposes bailouts for traditional media. The Federal Communication Commission’s (FCC) “Diversity Czar” Mark Lloyd has called for the same takeover of media in the US that Chavez has instituted in Venezuela.

Stocks of Internet providers fell dramatically in early May as the FCC said it would move forward with net neutrality rules as the FCC is moving closer to seizing control of the Internet. Investors fear that increased federal regulations will present significant challenges to the viability of fledgeling new media. Verizon and other providers are alarmed that the FCC is trying to reclassify broadband to put it under their control:

CTIA and Verizon expressed alarm over FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski’s proposal to reclassify broadband under Title II of the Communications Act.

CTIA President and CEO Steve Largent said in a statement that he was “disappointed” with the announcement. “This complex, interdependent ecosystem is currently thriving to the benefit to all Americans,” he said. “Putting that success at risk is unnecessary and dangerous, particularly in today’s economic environment.” Maisie Ramsay, Wireless Week

It is the same principle as the EPA reclassifying carbon dioxide as a greenhouse gas. Carbon dioxide is required by all plant life on the planet but the EPA has seized control over it in order to leverage power over every aspect of American life. Now the FTC wants to use the same ploy to control the Internet:

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is seeking ways to “reinvent” journalism, and that’s a cause for concern. According to a May 24 draft proposal, the agency thinks government should be at the center of a media overhaul. The bureaucracy sees it as a problem that the Internet has introduced a wealth of information options to consumers, forcing media companies to adapt and experiment to meet changing market needs. FTC’s policy staff fears this new reality…

With no faith that the market will work things out for the better, government thinks it must come to the rescue. Read more…

Stop the Mosque at Ground Zero

June 7th, 2010 2 comments

Stop the Mosque at Ground Zero RallyPamela Geller Co-founder of Stop Islamization of AmericaNEW YORK CITY: Yesterday New Yorkers gathered at Ground Zero to rally against the new $100 million mosque being built on the site. The proposed mosque is an affront to New Yorkers who lost loved ones due to the radical Islamic terrorists who destroyed the twin towers on 9/11.

Pamela Geller, the co-founder of Stop Islamization of America, spoke passionately about jihad, sharia, and why the idea of a mosque in this spot is so wrong:

We are here today in honor of D-Day, when the Allied Forces began to defeat Nazism. And the symbolism should not be lost. Not only should the symbolism not be lost, but we’re on the corner of Church and Liberty.

Ground Zero is a war memorial. Ground Zero is a burial ground…We are asking for sensitivity…

This is part of the plane that went into the Trade Center, that’s in the Burlington Coat Factory (the building that was bought with mysterious funding for the mosque). Designate it as a historic landmark, like Pearl Harbor. We are going to sue the U.S. Government to get a designation of war memorial status.

Haven’t we had enough of Political Correctness? It’s time to stop the radicalization of America. Read the full story at LookingAtTheLeft.com.

The Case Against Barry Sotero, aka Barack Obama

June 7th, 2010 9 comments

Barry Sotero, aka Barack Husseing ObamaThe NIP so far has steered clear of the the Obama birth record controversy due to lack of concrete evidence either way. Taking our roll as watchdogs seriously, we ourselves do not want to be accused of disseminating false information. However, Diana West has now compiled a compelling list of discrepancies and omissions the deserve scrutiny. We think you need to consider the many points she raises.

The fact is, the birth certificate controversy is only the beginning of the presidential mystery. There is so much we don’t know for certain about President Obama. Inexplicably but intriguigingly, he has failed to produce his bona fides, while the media (and the White House media in particular), who could ask for them, don’t care, or don’t want to care. Diana West.

  1. The original, long-form 1961 Hawaiian birth certificate….
  2. Marriage license between Obama’s father (Barak Sr.) and mother (Stanley Ann Dunham) — not found, not released

  11. Columbia senior thesis — not released
  12. Harvard Law School records (not mentioned below, but not released)
