Let’s start with Obama’s inaugural address when the President told Iran “we will extend a hand if you are willing to unclench your fist.” How well did that go over with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad? The Jerusalem Post reports Ahmadinejad’s comments at the 25th Session of the Standing Committee for Economic and Commercial Cooperation of the Organization of the Islamic Conference on Tuesday:

“The support of both Israel and Iran can’t go hand in hand… We will clasp any hand that is extended sincerely toward us, but changes should be made in practice.”

“Usury, which is entrenched in the capitalist system, is perhaps the main reason why the system has gone bankrupt,” Ahmadinejad went on to say. “It is a way of accumulating capital without working. Usury, according to the Koran, is fighting with Allah…”

“We have a contract with Russia to buy S-300 missiles. I don’t think it is right for Russia to be seen in the world as a country which does not fulfill its contractual obligations,” AFP quoted Iranian Defense Minister Ahmad Vahidi as telling the IRNA news agency.

“Russia has to fulfill the contract and not be influenced by Zionist pressure,” he added. Jerusalem Post

Obama’s new “enlightened” approach seems to be working, as long as we abandon Israel, reject our capitalist system, and support Iran’s decision to buy missiles from Russia. Let’s see, abandoning Israel? Check. Reject our capitalist system? Check. Supporting Russia? Check. All components of the Obama Doctrine.

The secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council says the Islamic Republic will not retreat one step on the rights of the nation.

Saeed Jalili, who is also Iran’s leading nuclear negotiator, said on Monday that Iran is now enjoying its full right to peaceful nuclear energy thanks to the country’s dynamic and active foreign policy. Tehran Times

We guess that the “country’s dynamic and active foreign policy” refers to their ambassador occupying the White House. It used to be that the western world wanted Iran to give up its nuclear program. That may still be true, as long as you don’t include the USA as a western nation:

U.S. Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs William Burns told the Middle East Institute in Washington on Tuesday that the U.S. recognizes the Iranian regime’s “right” to nuclear power, does not seek regime change and is ready for more talks with Iran.

“We seek a relationship with the Islamic Republic of Iran based upon mutual interest and mutual respect. We do not seek regime change. We have condemned terrorist attacks against Iran. We have recognized Iran’s international right to peaceful nuclear power. IsraelNationalNews.com

Perhaps William Burns could enlighten us about terrorist attacks against Iran. Perhaps he got things confused with Hezbollah, world sponsors of terrorism funded by Iran.

Let’s look at the Obama Doctrine:

1. Reject our Judeo-Christian heritage. “We do not consider ourselves a Christian nation or a Jewish nation… We consider ourselves a nation of citizens who are bound by ideals and a set of values.” Obama in Turkey
2. Apologize in every corner of the globe for America’s history of defending freedom.
3. Reject the capitalist system. Things go better “when you spread the wealth around.”
4. Foreign policy built on “mutual interest and mutual respect.” Except there is nothing mutual about it. We give them respect while we sacrifice our interests.
5. Negotiate out of a position of weakness. Assert the rights of terrorist nations to pursue nuclear weapons.
6. Support terrorist states over Israel. Condemn non-existant attacks on Iran.

This Obama Doctrine is destabilizing the world. Soon Iran, the world’s largest state sponsor of terrorism will have nuclear weapons and the means to deliver them. Iran has stated they want to annihilate the State of Israel, and the Obama Doctrine will help them do it. Once the “Zionists” are gone, can the “Great Satan” be far behind?

The rest of the world, friend and foe alike, recognizes what is going on here– when will the citizens of the United States?
