QUINCY, IL: Yesterday Obama called out the SWAT team to deal with those pesky Tea Party protestors. It is clear why Dear Leader has called for the creation of a national police force. These ladies obviously are trouble makers.
We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives we’ve set. We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded. (Obama on video here)
Obama can harass Tea Partiers, but God forbid anyone mess with Democratic Hispanics in Arizona. More photos of these dangerous astroturfers can be found at Jim Hoft’s column at BigGovernment.com.
As any dictator worth his salt knows to stay in power you need a good police force. Hitler had his SS, the Soviets the KGB, Castro his army, Chavez his thugs, etc. Obama has stated publicly that he needs a national police force:
We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives we’ve set. We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.
House Bill 413 is a step in that direction as it will place all public safety employees under the direction of the Federal Labor Relations Authority.
Under this bill this expanded federal organization will control all police officers, firefighters, EMT’s, and anyone who could be described as a “public safety officer”, including all supervisory personnel and management. All municipal, regional, and state employees will be effected. States and municipalities will have no option, they will be forced into Federal control. Read more…
NEW YORK CITY: Beware the Ides of March, so the seer warned Julius Caesar in 44 B.C. Twenty centuries later another seer warns a modern-day Caesar that his course of reckless spending threatens the destruction of our country. Like Julius Caesar, Caesar Obama pays no attention to the soothsayer.
On March 15 Moody’s warned the US for the 3rd time that the impending downgrade of our nation’s credit rating is looming:
The gold-plated credit rating of the United States — an article of faith across America and, indeed, around the world — may be at risk in coming years as the nation copes with its growing debts…
Moody’s said the United States and other major Western nations, particularly Britain, have moved “substantially” closer to losing their gilt-edged ratings. The ratings are “stable,” but “their ‘distance-to-downgrade’ has in all cases substantially diminished,” the credit ratings agency said…
“Growth alone will not resolve an increasingly complicated debt equation,” Moody’s said. “Preserving debt affordability” — the ratio of interest payments to government revenue — “at levels consistent with Aaa ratings will invariably require fiscal adjustments of a magnitude that, in some cases, will test social cohesion.” [Empahsis added] David Jolly and Catherine Rampell, New York Times
